BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT AT SUOY
UPDATE: OUR BOOKING SYSTEM IS THE MOST ACCURATE FOR HOURS OF OPERATION AND PRICING. As mask mandates are now not require, we will leave it up to you to continue to wear your mask or not. Rest assure we continue to wear ours as per our profession.

PREP:
Make sure you read about all the proper preparations for your specific service before you select an appointment date to ensure you’re able to prepare yourself properly
If coming for any touch-ups, please ensure to not forget any of your kits
All prep info are online for your to read through while you are booking

If booked directly with a technician, a prep info will be e-mailed to you within 24/48HRS of booking confirmation, if not, please contact your technician
BOOKINGS:
If you booked directly with a technician, forms and waivers will be e-mailed to you within 24/48HRS of booking confirmation and to be returned BEFORE your treatments
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit
All deposits go towards your completed treatment
Once an online booking is completed or entered manually by our technician, you should receive an e-mail confirmation within 24/48HRS (check your junk mail or contact us if you do not receive this)
Booking changes can be done through your confirmation e-mail or by contacting us via e-mail, Instagram, or telephone at least 48HRS prior
Please contact us if you are running 5-15 minutes behind. Any later will result in appointment time shortened or having to be rescheduled
Please note it is entirely your responsibility to remember your own booked appointment

CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellation will result in a lost in deposit as this is non-refundable
We require notification within 48HRS of any cancellation
You can cancel your appointment on your own prior to the date of your booked appointment, as a confirmation e-mail will be sent out then
Please note that is it entirely your responsibility to notify us within our policy timeline of any changes or cancellations
RESCHEDULING:
We require 48HRS notice of any rescheduling
We have a hassle-free way you can reschedule your appointment yourself through the confirmation e-mail
48HRS is required due to it being the time frame we require in order to fill your spot or book in a client on our waitlist
NO-SHOWS:
There are no refunds on deposits for a no-show
If you’ve done one no-show and wanting to rebook, you will be required to book through a technician and leave a 100% non-refundable deposit
If you no-show a second time, we no longer will accept you as a client

COVID-19:
We strongly advise wearing a mask or cover up. If you forget one, we can provide one for you at the cost of $1.50
Please make sure you have filled out our COVID-19 mandatory form through our online booking or our e-mailed form or in person
If for any reasons you are feeling un-well please contact us or your technician directly to cancel or reschedule
