IF ALL IS WELL AND THERE ARE NO CONTRAINDICATIONS, HERE’S HOW TO PREP FOR YOUR SESSION:
Hydrate and drink plenty of water throughout the day before your session and after
You should wear comfortable, casual, skin-covering clothes. We strongly suggest more cotton, breath- able clothing.
We recommend wearing long sleeves, long pants, and socks while in the blanket (think what’s comfiest for you to sweat in whether it be tighter clothes or baggier such as pyjamas)
We will provide you with a towel to help absorb any sweat released during your session and provide comfort while lying on top of the heat source. Feel free to bring your own in comfortable
Bring a change of clothes if needed to change after your session
We do not have any showers for you to use after your sweaty session
All jewelry or metals must be removed before your session
Please do not use any analgesic creams, liniments, sale or ointment preparations as skin burns could result on the day of your session

What is the temperature of the sauna blanket?
The blanket ranges from 68 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit. However, there are various ways to measure the temperature, such as interior surface, inside air, and more. It is fully adjustable with a handheld controller attached to the blanket and programmed for 60 minutes but can be shut off at any time.
What is your maximum height wise to fit into the blanket?
Our blanket can accommodate those up to 6"‘0 feet tall.
What are you blankets made out of?
Our blankets are made of high-grade, non-toxic and water-resistant polyurethane on both the interior and exterior. The product's non-toxicity has been confirmed through stringent VOC testing.
What is the difference between a Infrared Sauna and the Infrared Sauna Blanket beside their form factor?
The difference is simply that our Blankets offer far infrared rays whereas the sauna offers full spectrum.
What are Far Infrared Rays?
Far infrared rays may help deliver a deep detoxifying sweat and allow your body to push out those heavy metals and increase your heart rate for a healthy glow.
What does the negative ions do?
